Oneworld Inc. has recently added additional senior management (Chuck Allen and Mark Lawrence) to help grow the business and to lead the charge on the Oneworld expansion plan. Mr. Allen and Mr. Lawrence also have and extensive experience in working with public companies as well as working with the Capital and Debt Markets. The Company will add significant project management expertise to support the installation schedule and to outsource expertise by hiring industry-recognized experts such as Hatch Energy Services.
Chuck Allen – President and CEO

• Over 20 years of international experience in energy, resource and technology sectors
• Former investment banker specializing on the renewable energy and cleantech sectors
• Has worked on $5+ billion in M&A transactions and $1 billion in public equity issues
• Wealth of experience in senior management roles in both public and private companies
• Former Director & EVP of Endeavour Resources (ERU: TSXV) and Cubacan Exploration (CCX: TSXV)

Mark Lawrence - CFO

• Over 20 years of experience in capital markets and banking sectors including experience in the utilities sector
• Former Director and VP of 2 Canadian investment banking firms as well as working as a technology analyst for a North American investment banking firm
• Has significant experience in cross-border transactions and public equity issues in excess of $2B as well as numerous private equity and debt issues
• Wealth of experience in founding private and public companies
• Chairman Axiotron Corp.,(AXO-TSXV), Director Stone Investment Group, Soltoro Ltd.(SOL-TSXV), Software Growth Inc (SGW-TSXV) and York Ridge Lifetech Inc (YRL-TSXV)
• MBA (Ivey) and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Queens) with CFA and Professional Engineer designations

John Cobb - President, WindParks

• Over 24 years of management and sales experience in Canada and USA.
• 5 years direct experience in the wind energy sector.
• Submitted 115.5MW of wind projects for RFPs 1 and 2 (Ontario).
• Designed and installed (12) net metering turbines – 1600 kW
• Secured 100MW of Standard Offer Contracts for clients.
• Former VP of Sales for Sprint Canada and former VP of Strategic Alliances for AT&T Canada
• B.Sc. in Finance from State University of New York at Albany.

Mike Jeffrey – President, Composotech Structures Inc.

• Founded Composotech in 2004
• Over 15 years experience working with composite blades
• Extensive manufacturing experience in composite materials and structures as well production planning and processes.
• Former Acting General Manager and Production Manager of Bolwell Corporation, responsible for the day to day operation of a manufacturing plant producing composite structures such as wind turbine rotor blades and flight simulator enclosures.
• Former manufacturing engineer with Diamond Aircraft Corporation.

Michael Heinrich – President, MHB Windenergie GmbH

• Founded MHB in 1998
• Over 10 years experience in the wind energy sector
• Designed and installed 27 turbines - 45,350 kW
• Currently involved in projects of more than 100MW in the E.U.
